Online ESI Registration in Delhi
Employees’ State Insurance is a self-financing social security and health insurance scheme for Indian workers earning wages/salary of INR 21,000/- or less than INR per month. ESI Act mandates that it is necessary for a factory or an establishment to register itself with the ESIC within 10 days from the day its employee strength reaches to ten.
Any employer having more than 10 employees is mandatorily required to take up the ESI Registration.

Under ESI Act, the employees of the factory or establishment can avail medical treatment for self and family. They are also secured by an insurance cover against accidents, maternity, sickness, temporary or permanent physical disablement, death due to employment injury, etc. This Act guarantees good medical care to workers and their family. Because of this employer is insulated from the Workmen Compensation Act and other similar Acts.
ESI Contribution Rate
Employees earning 21,000 INR per month or less are applicable for ESI contribution. Employees with higher wages are exempt.
Employees contribution 1.75% of wages
Employer’s contribution 4.75% of wages.

A. PAN Card and Address Proof of the Factory/Firm/Establishment
B. Copy of bank statement or Cancelled cheque.
C. GST Registration Certificate or Registration Certificate of Company
D. Copy of Rent Agreement or Electricity Bill
E. List of Directors or Partners and Employees.
